Returns Policy
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Pull process from customer reporting to the receiving of the damaged stock is 7 days.
Proof of damage (photographs) may be required.
Pictures must include:
-Clear damage or defective parts
-All labels stuck around the box
And quantity of boxes
2. Food & Hygiene Products
Due to the nature of food and hygiene products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk returns are subject to written approval and inspection.
4. Refunds
We avoid all refunds and only offer credit for future orders
We only offer refunds for special circumstances that is approved through higher management.
